How often should a solar system be serviced?
Every two to three years suits most homes; more often near the coast, farms or busy roads. Our own customers get a free routine check-up two years after installation.
Do you work on systems installed by other companies?
Yes. Our technicians assess and service systems installed by other companies. A site assessment fee may apply, and we give a written quote before any work.
How quickly can you come out?
Our two full-time service staff answer your call and start resolving issues within five working days. We work Monday to Saturday, 9am to 5pm.
