Who we are

ECO GREEN PRIORITY PTY LTD (ABN 28 611 296 372) trades as Eco Solar Australia. We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

When you request a quote or contact us we collect your name, phone number, email address, postcode or address, details about your property and energy use, and anything else you choose to tell us. If you proceed with an installation we also collect the information needed for rebate applications, grid connection and warranty records.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes, apply for rebates and network approvals on your behalf, install and service your system, manage warranties and, where you agree, to tell you about our services. We may also use de-identified website data to improve this site.

Who we share it with

We share information only as needed to deliver our services – for example with Solar Victoria and federal rebate administrators, your electricity distributor and retailer, accredited installers working on our behalf, equipment manufacturers for warranty claims, finance providers you choose to apply with, and our IT and CRM providers. We do not sell your personal information.

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and keep it only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as required by law.
